- 1 large package wonton wrappers (square or circular)
For the Broth

- 2 shallots, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Dipping Sauce
- 3 green scallions
