Refund policy

For our customers safety, we have a no return policy for all of our perishable goods. This includes any food item like our mushrooms and gourmet salts in addition to our supplements. If an item is missing or arrives damaged you have up to 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To be eligible for a replacement, you’ll need to provide a photo of the issue to mushroommaidenfarm@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
