We use 100% Lion’s Mane fruiting body, grown in the Appalachian Mountains, third-party lab tested, with the dose disclosed on the label. No mycelium, grain, starch, or fillers.

The fruiting body is the recognizable mushroom itself, and it naturally contains beta-glucans and hericenones. Many powders instead use mycelium grown on grain. Unless the mycelium is isolated, the finished material can retain substantial grain starch, making it less potent by weight.
